** Starting with September 1, 2019, the fees of the clearing house will be charged separately, as follows:
For small value transfers by payment order (<RON 50,000) - RON 0.51
For high value transfers by payment order (> RON 50,000) - RON 6
For emergency unit transfers by payment order - RON 6
For receipts in interbank system through debit instruments - RON 0.88
